 What is sublimation?

Using a sublimation printer, the pattern is printed with ink to a specially coated paper. This paper is then pressed at high pressure and high temperature on the product to be printed which has a layer of polymer or contains polyester.

What is direct digital printing?

When direct digital printing, special color printing are sprayed directly on the product. During the drying process, the colors amalgamate with the shirt fibers. Printing without plastic film, the product is very soft and comfortable to wear. All printable colors being, this method is well suited for printing units having more than three colors or color gradients. It is distinguished in particular by the ability to print complex and polychrome motifs, such as customer patterns such as photos, corporate logos, etc. with higher quality as well as on white colored fabrics.

This process is used for most patterns downloaded by our customers.

Tones of specific colors, such as Pantone colors, they can be printed?

Due to differences in production techniques, we can not guarantee the reproduction of accurate colors. For example, the printing of Pantone colors is not possible.

Do I carry the image with CMYK or RGB?

Direct digital printing is possible with CMYK colors (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). However, we need to reprocess the image before, so we recommend the use of color RGB (Red, Green, Blue). However, both are possible.

Why my garment he has a slight odor and a frame around the impression? Due to the printing process at a special direct digital printing, it sometimes happens that the product has a mild acid odor or isolated clear tasks are present on the print. This washout.

How are the residues created?

Once the colorful textiles are printed by direct printing, they must first be pretreated with a fixing liquid. Without this fluid, a color development in textiles is not possible. The material we use is harmless and certified according to Öko-Tex class 1 standards.
